This is the actual recording of the interview with former pro-football player, TV commentator and inspirational celebrity Eddie George. He was en route from the airport in New York and it was my fist and last interview as I'm not a journalist. He put up with my lack of experience and was gracious enough to bless our small unknown newsletter with an interview. The article was not allowed in because they said he sounded "unprofessional" and needed to sound "more intelligent" When I told my editor this sounded racist she said she had no answer for me. UCONN supported her assertion that Eddie George who holds a degree in Landscape Architecture, owns two Landscape Architecture firms and is African American has nothing to do with minorities in Landscape Architecture. I think it's racist and ridiculous. Now you can listen and judge for yourself.
