This document shows name of a witness, Levaughn Hicks, which the Feds forgot to redact before sending it to me. Kofi Taha confirms his knowledge of and, obviously from the tone his acquaintance with Hicks in an email he sent me here. The above documents are examples of the federal government's unwillingness to bring charges against the person who actually threw the bombs - who as much as admitted he had in an email to me.
